The appropriate candidate will be required to:
- Project Management—overseeing the end-to-end project management process to live, and for any further phases or enhancements to the Product
- Operations Lead—Lead the BAU operation and liaison between the various operational, IT, and administration teams
- Client relationship and management—developing and maintaining the client relationship, looking for new commercial opportunities, and implementing and maintaining BAU communication strategies with the client and stakeholders
- Product ownership—understanding and prioritizing user requirements, defining product features, and driving product development
- Carry out end-to-end leadership and program management, monitoring and managing client relationships and expectations.
- Manage the project team, including hiring, training, and evaluation, as well as collaborating with a wider cross-functional group and outsourced teams
- Be responsible and accountable for regular monitoring and reporting on the project and moving forward, the business performance.
- Develop operational policies and procedures and processes, implement these, and manage these once the project has been completed and implemented.
Education/Professional Qualifications
- University degree
- Preferably qualified PMO
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Project management
- Excellent verbal, organizational, and communication skills; used to work with C-level management
- Confident, accurate, self-motivated, and resilient
- Discrete, diplomatic, flexible, and reliable
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Possess a good customer and business/operations perspective
