Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with established goals.
- Analyze project data to identify risks, delays, or deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, including forecasts and variance analyses.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure schedule adherence.
- Support the preparation of cost estimates and budget tracking for all project phases.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change logs.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Conduct regular project reviews and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
- Implement best practices for project controls to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
What do we need from you?
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls, planning, or scheduling roles.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and cost control techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
