Document Controller vacancy in United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage electronic and physical documents including shipping papers, invoices, contracts, and compliance records.
  • Ensure accurate document classification, numbering, filing, and retrieval in accordance with company protocols.
  • Control the distribution of internal and external documents across departments and stakeholders.
  • Monitor document versions and ensure only the most recent and approved documents are in circulation.
  • Prepare, scan, and archive logistics documentation to support audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in generating reports, delivery schedules, and supporting documents for logistics coordination.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure document accuracy and support smooth workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in document management or office administration is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a document control or administrative role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and experience with document management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication abilities and the capability to handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Familiarity with logistics and shipping documentation is preferred.
