Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing documents related to clients, finance, and internal operations.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are properly categorized and retrievable.
  • Ensure version control and document traceability for audits and internal reviews.
  • Handle confidential documents with the highest level of discretion and security.
  • Prepare and format documentation for client submissions and internal use.
  • Monitor deadlines for document submission and follow up with relevant departments.
  • Assist in ensuring that all documentation complies with regulatory and company standards.
  • Support the accounting and compliance teams with document-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a finance or consultancy firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit documentation is an advantage.
