Document Controller vacancy in United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize all company documents including shipping records, contracts, invoices, and compliance files.
  • Ensure proper documentation flow between departments, clients, and vendors.
  • Register, track, and archive incoming and outgoing documents as per company procedures.
  • Ensure all documents are up to date, correctly filed, and easily retrievable.
  • Support logistics and operations teams by providing timely access to required documentation.
  • Handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and regulatory compliance files when required.
  • Ensure adherence to document control standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in document control, preferably in logistics or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information responsibly.
