Junior People Operations Analyst vacancy in United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling all coordination related to the arrangement of documents for new joiners.
  • Handling all visa-related processes & documentation in MOHRE & GDRFA, i.e.,
  • New/renewal/cancellation of Visas, Medical Examinations, Emirates ID, Tawjeeh training, etc.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Handling all payroll processes, including overtime, deductions & incentives
  • HRIS Management: including maintenance and updating of the data.
  • Admin: Support HRBPs with letter writing, contract drafting, and ad hoc tasks, ensuring templates are maintained for quick turnaround.
  • Generate people data reports to provide insights on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, headcount)

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or finance roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
