Primary Purpose of the Job

The Business Systems Analyst will assist in managing and enhancing ICV systems from a business perspective i.e. Tawteen Portal, ensuring regular updates, data analysis, and the implementation of new functionalities. 
Required Experience and Skills

3 years of experience in digital operations management or a related role. Bilingual Arabic, English speaker preferred.

Skills: Familiarity with portal management systems and tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding of security protocols and compliance standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high ability to learn, basic programing languages (JavaScript, Csharp).

Personal Attributes: Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong adaptability to changing technologies. Effective communication and comprehension skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams, while problem-solving abilities help tackle challenges proactively. A results-driven mindset and being user-centric allows them to enhance the digital experience, aligning with the visionary goals set by leadership.
Educational Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Communication Technology, Engineering Business Administration, or a related field.

Certifications: PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
