YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through proactive sales calls, client meetings, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other business partners.
  • Promote the hotel’s rooms, banquet/event spaces, and other services to meet client needs.
  • Conduct site inspections and presentations to potential clients and groups.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company policies and rate guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation using CRM or sales management systems.
  • Collaborate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth execution of events and group bookings.
  • Participate in trade shows, sales missions, and promotional events to represent the brand and build market presence.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager or Director.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop strategic sales plans.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or service industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Opera Sales & Catering).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for sales travel).
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, if necessary.
