Overview of the role
To facilitate a data driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyze, visualize, and deliver insights to help serve the business & Management better.
What you will do
- Prepare and circulate Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports for the business to Management & Key Stakeholders.
- Generation of new and analysis of business specific reports and support the Planning Team and stakeholders to automate the existing planning documents in Tableau / Alteryx / Power BI.
- Schedule, prepare and arrange meetings with channels and key stakeholders to identify the pain points with significant business impacts.
- Generation and Analysis of various business specific reports and publish it to stakeholders.
- Generation of simulations of Sales incentives as per the Incentive policy.
- Clear communication on the Incentive break-up to the related Stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, Accounts.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail oriented with excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
What equips you for the role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management (especially Human Resources) or Technology.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with a 3-year work experience preferably in Automotive.
- Experience of big data handling, Microsoft office, Data Analytics & Visualization tools – Tableau / Power BI / Alteryx.
- Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work with pace with quality discipline.
