• Cost estimation and budgeting
• Post-contract administration and payment certifications
• Variation and claims preparation
• Final account settlement
• Contractual correspondence and stakeholder coordination
• Subcontractor evaluation and management
• Proficiency in FIDIC and contractual regulations
