YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct services at lifeboats and davit/winch system around the world
Participate in testing
Commissioning
Annual Inspections
Perform service reports and deliver Service coordinator
Perform Safe Job Analysis according to the procedure and as advised by the Service Coordinator
Report to the Service Coordinator/ Project Managers and the customer regarding the progress of the service job
Perform required courses related to position/service missions
Assist Production Manager in Assembly/Production when required
Work in accordance with the company’s latest Strategy, Quality Manual, HSE policy and applicable laws and regulations
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Technical background, with experience in hydraulic construction / electrical background
Offshore certificate, health certificate, fall protection course
Marine/offshore experience
3 years minimum experience in service Engineering
Personal Qualities: Organized / Structured
English written and Verbal

Your Tasks
- Manage a national client portfolio, build strong relationships with new and existing customers, and maintain regular visits to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities, define and execute sales strategies, conduct prospecting activities, and explore competitive market penetration.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Palfinger machinery and accessories to provide expert advice, technical support, and customized solutions.
- Use CRM and CPQ/ERP platforms to manage the full sales cycle, record sales activities, prepare commercial offers, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Work closely with other departments for customer satisfaction, participate in industry events and training, and actively engage in commercial campaigns.
Your Qualification
- A couple of years’ experience in the commercial area of the automotive or industrial sector.
- Professional technical training or studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools and document management.
- Proactive, responsible, and initiative-driven personality with strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
- Willingness and availability to travel nationally and within Europe.
- Excellent Portuguese and English language skills.
