To succeed in this role, you should possess: * **Experience:** A proven track record of success in business development or sales, ideally within the home furnishing, interior design, real estate, or property development industries. Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to project close. * **Skills:** Exceptional client relationship management skills with a consultative sales approach. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication (written and verbal) abilities.
