Qualification
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in QA/QC inspection for road and infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (ISO, ASQ, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, testing methods, and safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications.
- Oversee quality control testing for materials and construction processes.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards in all project phases.
- Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation and reports for project tracking.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to enhance project quality.
