We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest service and administrative support.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
Dedicated to delivering professional and guest-centric services, ensure satisfaction by providing the utmost recognition and attention from check-in to departure, making each stay a memorable experience.
Additionally, assist their supervisor in implementing and adhering to operational standards and the hotel’s internal policies and procedures.
- Greet and welcome warmly and professionally.
- Registers all arrivals and rooms according to established procedures.
- Performs check-in, check-out, and room change procedures and ensures all data is entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with the reservation.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Provides accurate information for the services.
- Has full knowledge of any special promotions and all internal memos and activities.
Attends to guest complaints and refers the problem to the manager in charge.
- Accurately and promptly fulfills guest requests and anticipates needs.
Generates additional incremental revenue by using the Up upselling techniques.
- Maintains high confidentiality in regard to guest privacy.
- Maintains the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, appearance, body language, and conduct.
Qualifications

- Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in 5 5-star hotels.
- Be customer service oriented, reliable, and able to react quickly under pressure with a smile.
- Strong customer service skills required
- Strong organizational skills are required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
