Your Tasks
- To have a good command on HIC (DHL Application) in order to enter BAD addresses shipments accurately and timely in the system. Ensuring all shipments are scanned with appropriate checkpoint and comments on daily basis until it is hold in operation.
- Liaise with base operation to ensure all bad address shipments get sorted to Undeliverable department. Contact consignee and Shipper (in case of domestic shipments) to obtain detail addresses. Print and attach CAMS/ADVANCE labels with complete address to the shipments and forward to courier followed by the update in the system.
- Escalate to international origins of unresolved international shipments through SPARK (DHL Application) and follow up on daily basis.
- Ensure all the new addresses, which are obtained after consignee contact get update in the CAMS/ADVANCE for future reference.
- Ensure all mails are actioned on time & Drive tool is updated regularly for shipment DS process.All CC shipments to be confirmed by cnee prior to agree CC.
