Job Overview

  • Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within timeline.
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job portals and internally.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Handling  reception duties and ensure the area is organized and presentable.
