As the IT Coordinator at Conrad Dubai, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and excellence of all technology systems within the hotel. This position is more than just technical support, it is about delivering an elevated digital experience that complements our luxury hospitality standards. You will oversee the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our business systems, office applications, computer networks, and telephony infrastructure, ensuring that every interaction, whether between team members or with our guests, is seamless and efficient.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you will be entrusted with maintaining the highest quality of IT service across all areas of the property. You will collaborate closely with hotel teams to understand their technology needs, respond promptly to issues, and ensure systems are running at peak performance. From safeguarding network security and managing hardware assets to ensuring smooth integration of new systems, your work will directly contribute to the refined guest experience Conrad Dubai is known for.

  • Providing timely technical support and solutions for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime for both team members and guests.
  • Coordinating the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems in line with Hilton IT standards.
  • Monitoring system performance, proactively identifying potential issues, and implementing preventive measures.
  • Managing user accounts, access rights, and data security protocols to protect sensitive information.
  • Liaising with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of IT services and equipment.
  • Supporting technology requirements for meetings, conferences, and events to deliver flawless execution.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of IT assets, systems configurations, and support logs.

IT Coordinators serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Previous IT experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector
  • Experience of all Microsoft systems
  • Experience of hotel applications, such as Fidelio and Micros, preferred
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Current technical skills and knowledge of technology
