Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, handling communication with clients, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Greet visitors and manage front-desk activities
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare and distribute memos, correspondence, and reports
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping or data entry tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support office operations

Requirements

  • BSc degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail
