Emirates Net Systems is looking for a talented Presales Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you have a strong technical background in IT and ELV systems and enjoy working closely with sales and technical teams to deliver winning solutions, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and technical proposals.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with detailed technical inputs.
• Support commercial offer preparations and cost estimations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth project execution.
• Conduct site surveys and collect necessary technical data.
• Provide technical support and training to sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of presales engineering experience in IT, ELV, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and ELV systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools.
• Customer focused with great problem solving abilities.
