Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines back-office accuracy with inside sales coordination, ensuring smooth order execution, effective client communication, and alignment across departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, and delivery documentation
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide product support via email or phone
  • Maintain CRM records and assist in database accuracy
  • Support the external sales team with lead follow-ups and quotation tracking
  • Generate reports and assist in monthly sales performance analysis
  • Collaborate with the technical team for custom product specifications

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office sales, or order processing
  • Background in industrial supplies, engineering components, or fasteners is highly desirable
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP or CRM tools, and business email correspondence
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset
