We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines back-office accuracy with inside sales coordination, ensuring smooth order execution, effective client communication, and alignment across departments. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, and delivery documentation
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product support via email or phone
- Maintain CRM records and assist in database accuracy
- Support the external sales team with lead follow-ups and quotation tracking
- Generate reports and assist in monthly sales performance analysis
- Collaborate with the technical team for custom product specifications
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office sales, or order processing
- Background in industrial supplies, engineering components, or fasteners is highly desirable
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP or CRM tools, and business email correspondence
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset
