Technical Assistant vacancy in Saudi Arabia

Education Qualification: B.E / B Tech (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics)

Responsibilities:

a) Support YMA Engineering Team in the design of Analyser Systems

b) Raise Purchase Requisition in Dprocure portal with respect to Master BOM and Engineering Documents.

c) Follow up with YMA Procurement & Vendors to get the PO’s released to meet the sub-vendor items delivery schedule indicated in the overall project schedule.

d) Follow up with vendors & YMA logistics team for timely delivery of PO items to SPARK ASI to meet the integration schedule indicated in the overall project schedule.

e) Co-ordinate with Production Team for timely completion of Integration activities.

f) Involve in In-Process inspections, Vendor Inspections, Internal testing & FAT of Analyser Systems along with SPARK ASI Testing, QC, Production, Project & Engineering Teams.

g) Co-ordinate and work together with QC, Production, Project & Engineering Teams to close punch points of FAT & In-Process Inspections.

h) Supervise Packing and Packing Inspections post FAT along with Production & QC Teams.

i) Supervise Delivery of post packing along with Production & QC Teams.

j) Support in SPDP preparation in co-ordination with Engineering Team.

k) Support in Manufacturer Data Book preparation in co-ordination with Engineering & Quality
