Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the overall operation of the Moroccan concept outlet.
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistent, authentic experiences.
• Support inventory, cost control, and ordering processes.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu authenticity and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in F&B.
• Knowledge or passion for Moroccan cuisine and hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in a seasonal operation
