Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the overall operation of the Moroccan concept outlet.
- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistent, authentic experiences.
- Support inventory, cost control, and ordering processes.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu authenticity and quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in F&B.
- Knowledge or passion for Moroccan cuisine and hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in a seasonal operation
