Information Technology System Analyst vacancy in Kuwait

JOB PURPOSE

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams (programmers, developers).
• Analyze clients’ existing and new projects/systems to assess their needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Understand and apply knowledge of software development life cycles in project planning and execution.
• Translate client requirements into detailed project briefs and functional specifications.
• Identify, evaluate, and propose potential solutions, assessing their technical feasibility and business impact.
• Conduct requirements analysis and prepare proposals for modified or replacement systems.
• Design and architect solutions, including related products and services, to meet clients’ business objectives.
• Provide accurate project costings and contribute to project budgeting.
• Collaborate closely with programmers, developers, and end customers to ensure technical compatibility and client satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in systems analysis and development.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and life cycles (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in producing detailed technical specifications and project documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with system architecture, solution design, and implementation processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written & spoken) is desirable.
