Introduction
Vanderlande Jeddah office has a requirement to provide IT support for the MENA region covering IT asset management and initial problem solving.
As an ICT Support Administrator you are driven to provide the best possible IT customer support service.
Your responsibilities:
IT Office support functions including network, ISP supplier management. desk equipment and printer mgt ensuring continuity of office services.
Manage the IT asset database ensuring the IT assets are recorded and kept updated from purchase to initial issue to disposal when end of life.
Manage the IT stock and liaise with the framework supplier to ensure the timely supply of replacement and new assets.
Act as liaison for support issues for regional staff and escalating when required for solutions.
Manage the communications supplier and leverage efficiencies and savings where possible.
Support the office network management in coordination with the head office.

As an ICT Support Administrator you are a teamplayer looking to make our department everyday better. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are strong. We are an international company of many different offices around the world with many cultures. You enjoy supporting others and solving problems in a logical manner.
Competences:
Graduate in a computer science related field.
Experience working with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11 and Active directory
You are service oriented, customer friendly and have strong communication skills
English is the main language being able to read/write/speak, Arabic is beneficial.
