Operation Manager vacancy in Saudi Arabia

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee the operational aspects of local units, encompassing the full scope of Operations, including project management and control, project engineering, manufacturing, production engineering, maintenance, procurement, quality, continuous improvement, logistics, and planning and fulfillment, or a part of that. Each day, you will be responsible for developing business action plans for the units, aligned with business area/division/product group strategy and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring strict adherence within the operations with respect to policies and required health, safety, and integrity standards.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Strategic & Stakeholder Leadership: Develop and monitor operational plans aligned with business strategy, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to maximize performance and optimize working capital, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the value chain.
• People Development: Create a positive work environment, ensure proper staffing and skill alignment, and collaborate with HR to recruit and develop talent locally and globally.
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Uphold global and local quality standards, identify improvement opportunities, implement initiatives, and track their effectiveness.

What it takes to Run what runs the world
 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Instrumentation)
• Minimum 15 years of operations and engineering management experience.
• Min. 10 years of experience in any of the GCC countries would be most preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in building engineering organizations with automation capabilities.
• Fluency in English
