•Provide administrative support •Draft Memo’s, Letters and Emails to send to inter departments •Coordinate and schedule meetings & appointments •Answer and transfer phone calls from suppliers or customers screening when necessary •Call and Schedule interview with candidates, Coordinate with HR department for recruitment processes, for employee’s petty cash salary, leave settlement, residence renewal, allowance etc. •Scan all inter department records and maintain both hard and soft copies, •Perform other general clerical and secretarial duties as assigned.

Years of Experience: 3 – 4 Years Field of Experience : Experience in same field
•Good Communication Skills, •Proficiency in MS Office •Basic understanding of clerical procedures such as record keeping & filing etc. •Must be fluent in English
