Job Summary:
Handling a variety of administrative support task and visitor management system.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
- Greet clients and visitors.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
- Assisting with verity of administrative task including copying, taking notes, scanning documents
- Preparer meeting and training rooms
- Maintain workplace secure by issuing, checking in visitor’s badges.
- Issue purchase requisition
- Assist invoicing team with Good receives issues and invoices submission.
- Issuing cash in advance invoices (CIA)
- Insert ZATCA invoices copies for all the invoices packages
- Submit expenses
- Power-user for the attendance system.
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & REQUIRED:
- Diploma in IT, Administrator, accountant
- Computer skills in Microsoft office required.
- Excellent English language, (reading, writing, and speaking) required.
- Communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
