A Snapshot of Your Day:
As an Order Management Specialist at Siemens Energy, your day will revolve around supporting to handle and implement orders related to Compressor Packaging and Large Gas Turbine Assembly ensuring alignment with defined processes to support material planning, production planning and Project Management. You will coordinate with internal departments. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Ensure timely issuance of Materials to support kitting and compressor packaging Gas Turbine assembly activities in alignment with Production schedule
- Coordinate Internal Material movement including inbound and outbound logistics to verify parts and components availability as per actual demand
- Monitor and escalate material availability issues, reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure uninterrupted work
- Maintain accuracy throughout SAP inventory transactions
- Follow up BOM’s and additional material requirements
- Production planning in Primavera 6 and SAP
What you’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in Order Management or Project Management domain in a factory environment
- Basic working experience of either Primavera/MS Projects or SAP
- Well versed with MS Office and Power BI
- A good team player who can work in a Matrix Organization and in a diversified culture
- Prior experience in Compressor skids and Large Gas Turbine Assembly would be an added advantage but not a requirement
