Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and optimize logistics operations in line with global and local supply chain and logistics policies.
  • Oversee customs clearance, warehousing, transportation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and timely route management and documentation to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Support with logistics budget with continuous optimization of costs and expenditures.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs, FEFO/FIFO practices, monthly cycle counts, destruction, SLOB management, and new product launches in line with policies and company strategy.
  • Management of 3PL partners while fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support with logistics project initiatives, ensuring precise planning, on-time execution, and successful delivery aligned with strategic goals.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 1-2 year of experience in Warehousing/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related field.
  • Knowledge of using ERP and invoicing systems will be a bonus.
  • Good communication skills in both speaking and writing, with a willingness to learn attitude.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Possess a valid driving license
