Position Title: Business Intelligence & Data Specialist

Location: Dammam/Dharan

Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a Computing / IT Field.

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Monthly Salary Package: SAR 12,000

Qualifications & Experiences:

1. Minimum 5 years hands on experience with IT systems analysis, programming, testing and implementation
2. SQL programming language for report writing
3. Develop and maintain statistical reports
4. Build departmental/operational reports
5. Build KPI and executive reports
6. Able to conduct User Acceptance testing;
7. Project management skills
8. Ensure timely resolution of production issues to JHAH applications.
9. Knowledge of Healthcare environment is desirable
10. Presentation skills are necessary
11. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are required.
12. Epic Cogito Certification if available

Language Requirements: English

Responsibilities

1. Developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions

2. Designing and implementing reports (statistical, departmental, KPI, executive)

3. Writing SQL queries for report development

4. Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

5. Managing projects and ensuring timely delivery

6. Resolving production issues related to JHAH applications

7. Analyzing data and providing insights to stakeholders

8. Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders

9. Collaborating with teams to ensure data-driven decision making
