Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in conducting property valuations for various asset classes
- Collect and analyze market data, comparable sales, and rental information
- Prepare valuation reports and supporting documentation
- Contribute to research projects on real estate market trends in Saudi Arabia
- Maintain valuation databases and assist with quality control processes
- Support client communication and relationship management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in real estate, valuation, or financial analysis (fresh graduates considered)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian real estate markets (preferred)
- Ability to work with valuation models and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills highly desired
