How you’ll make an impact
- You will be arranging and performing activities on the shop floor related to quality checking of product, material incoming quality, production, and testing process.
- You will have responsibility for process development, procedures, templates, and working instructions related to incoming quality and supplier quality.
- You will collaborate with and empower all departments for deviation detection, Nonconformance follow-ups, root cause analysis, correction measure implementation, and continuous improvement.
- You will attend and participate in the internal/external audits (ISO, Hitachi).
Energy, customer, and work with all departments to close all findings and improvements.
- You will participate in organizational changes and lean culture challenges, decision-making, collaborating with cross teams, driving change, being diligent, and influencing continuous improvement.
Time management and implementation within the BU.
- You implement and monitor the quality strategy for complaints and processes using predefined quality KPI’s and arrange & perform reports using templates or similar
- You will arrange & sustain a safe environment by implementing HSE requirements and monitor supplier quality performance, material management an analysis, and follow up corrective actions related to NCRs and CCRPs.
- You, the employee, shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred, Electrical, Mechanical.
- Min. 2-3 years’ experience.
- Quality control/quality assurance and GIS product knowledge.
- Hands-on inspection of material and QMS & internal quality auditing.
- Quality Tools, RCA, Lean Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
